ingredients
- 2 lb chicken breast
- 32 oz heavy cream
- 1.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 can stewed tomatoes
- 8 scallions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 16 oz fettuccine pasta
- oregano to taste (optional)
- basil to taste (optional)
- salt, pepper
directions
- cut chicken, brown in frying pan, and add to crock-pot
- add 4 scallions, stewed tomatoes, and spices to crock-pot
- cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, until chicken is falling apart
- turn crock-pot to high
- add heavy cream and cheese to crock-pot
- add cooked noodles to crock-pot
- cook on high for 30 minutes
- serve
